Northern Impact will participate in the 2026 MN Select Summer League.  This program is for girls entering grades 4-10 and is a great introduction to competitive volleyball, or a great enhancement to training for traditional club and school volleyball players.  Players will be placed upon teams based upon age and skill level to allow us to customize the training to each athlete's training needs.

Summer League '26

Registration is now open for the 2026 MN Select Summer League.

We will have teams for players from 4th - 10th grade. Teams will be formed after evaluations and based upon a combination of age and skills. Team make up may be adjusted to to accommodate things like schedules, carpools, etc., but final determination of teams will be done by coaches and staff.

Evaluations and practices will begin the week of June 22. 2026 and competitions will begin the week of July 9th. Practices will be on Mondays and Tuesdays with competitions on Thursdays.  (The first two weeks will also have practices on Wednesday and Thursday to accelerate preparation for the competition season.)

We will accept registrations on a first come, first serve basis and will close registration when we reach capacity.

COST
  • Fees are $475 for the season.
  • Includes: 7 weeks of coaching, 5 weeks of competition, and a t-shirt
  • All payments are due immediately upon registration.
  • NOTE: LeagueApps adds a processing fee to all payments.
EVALUATIONS:

4th–6th Grade Evaluation nights: 

  • Monday June 22nd: 5:30–7:30 PM, New Brighton Community Center
  • Wednesday June 24th: 5:30–7:30 PM, New Brighton Community Center

7th–10th Grade Evaluation nights: 

  • Tuesday June 23rd: 7:30–9:30 PM, New Brighton Community Center
  • Thursday, June 25th: 7:30–9:30 PM, New Brighton Community Center

Teams will be formed on June 24 and June 25, and future practice times will be assigned and announced to each team.

PRACTICES:
  • Starting the week of July 6th, Practices will occur once per week on Monday or Tuesday.
  • All Practices will be at New Brighton Community Center.

COMPETITION INFO:

  • Competition Dates: 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30 and 8/6/2026.
  • All competition dates are expected to be on Thursdays
  • Competition will be hosted at MN Select, Crossfire or Champlin Park High School.
  • Spectators will be allowed.

Cost is $475 for the  season and includes 5 weeks of competition, plus two-weeks of evaluations and practices.  Payment is due upon registration and must be completed electronically via LeagueApps.  A processing fee will be added by LeagueApps to process payment.

Private Training Information

Want some extra coaching? Our great coaches are available for one-on-one or small group lessons.

Private training sessions will normally be at the New Brighton Community Center, but coaches may use alternate sites on occasion.  Coaches set their own rates which start at about $65/hr. which includes court rental.
