Leah Damerow

Leah has been a coach with Northern Impact since 2016. She has coached 13s, 14s, 16s and 17s and specializes in working with middle hitters. She got her start in club at NIVB and played at MN Select during her sophomore year and for Northern Lights her junior and senior years. Leah played high school varsity volleyball from 8-12th grade at Irondale and played four seasons for Concordia University-St Paul. Leah has also coached at several camps for players from youth to college levels.  Leah now coaches intermittently as a sub and skills coach at NIVB while continuing to play in adult leagues and working full-time as a Marketing Coordinator.
