Kraig O’Rourke

Kraig O’Rourke has coached youth sports for more than 30 years and has experience in multiple sports. He has coached USAV and JVA Juniors from 12U to 18U and has experience with Blaine Juniors, MN Premier, and Wicked Moose prior to arriving at Northern Impact. He has been with NIVB for the past eleven seasons and is committed to developing competitive teams and athletes of character. His vision for a volleyball club is one that allows athletes to develop their talents to the fullest, while maintaining a healthy balance with school, family, and faith commitments. He is passionate about making volleyball a positive experience for every player and his motto is to “never be a kid’s last coach.” Outside of Northern Impact, Kraig spends his workdays with Hennepin County’s Information Technology Department and seeking every opportunity to spend time with his adult daughters and two grandchildren.
