Kelly Matthias

Kelly is a former Iowa all-state volleyball player who played the outside hitter position.  She is in her third season of coaching with NIVB and has coached ages 12-14 in that time.  She is the proud mother of two girls and is passionate about teaching the game and keeping it fun!  Kelly runs high-intensity practices with an emphasis on team-building and continuous positive feedback.
