Northern Impact's coaching staff represent a wide variety of coaching, training and playing experiences that qualify them to coach at their assigned age levels.  Many have USAV, AVCA, NFHS and/or AoC Coaching certifications.  All are registered with JVA. All have completed Abuse Prevention Training and been background checked to assure player safety.  Northern Impact encourages and subsidizes on-going coach education for all of our coaches.  We seek to build from within, as well as recruit talented coaches from around the area.  Many of our staff were players here prior to moving into coaching roles when their club playing days were complete.

Our staff is dedicated, professional and enthusiastic in delivering training that is backed by science and tailored to the player's we are developing.  Our goal is to meet them wherever they may be and take them to wherever they want to go in this amazing game.
