Northern Impact fields volleyball teams for girls and young women in both the USAV Junior Olympic program, Developmental Program, and a Fall youth volleyball league for middle-schoolers.

JO Teams range in ages from 12U - 18U. NIVB fields an average of 6-10 teams each season and has three levels - youth, local, and regional teams. Youth and local teams run from December - March. Regional teams run from December - May and require some travel outside the metro area.
